The Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Desert Hills Thunder to 49 in the Knights non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Knights now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Canyon Springs for a non-league game on Monday, December 9. Mater Academy East Las Vegas will confront a Pioneers team coming off a 62-53 non-league loss to Somerset Academy Losee (North Las Vegas, NV). The Pioneers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Desert Hills falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT) to confront the Dons in a non-league game on Thursday, December 12. The Dons go into the game with a record of 2-3.
