California High School Basketball - Piedmont holds off Head-Royce
December 7, 2024: Piedmont, CA 94611 The Piedmont Highlanders basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Head-Royce Jayhawks to 52 in the Highlanders non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Highlanders now have a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Woodcreek for a non-league game on Thursday, December 12.
With the loss, Head-Royce falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Jayhawks travel to Granada (Livermore, CA) to confront the Matadors in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 10. The Matadors go into the game with a record of 1-4. Granada lost 81-65 in their recent non-league game against Gregori (Modesto, CA)
