The Pope Greyhounds were victorious over the visiting Mount Paran Christian Eagles basketball squad by a final score of 58-50 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Greyhounds clash with the Sprayberry Yellow Jackets (Marietta, GA) in a AAAAA Region 6 outing, on Tuesday, December 10. Pope will attempt to upgrade on its 6-2 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the outing with a 5-1 record after their 67-66 league win over River Ridge (Woodstock, GA).
