In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Calumet Christian Patriots basketball team scored a big 55-21 triumph over the Clinton Christian Couriers.

The Patriots (5-1) will now prepare for their contest against Victory Christian Academy (Valparaiso, IN). The Lions go into the South Shore contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Victory Christian Academy smashed Heritage Christian (Dyer, IN), 37-24, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Couriers confront the South Bend Career Academy Trailblazers (South Bend, IN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, December 9. Clinton Christian will attempt to better on its 0-3 season record.
