The Peru Tigers basketball squad (Peru, IN), was nudged 43-40 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Wabash Apaches (Wabash, IN)

With the victory, Wabash advances its record to 7-1 on the year. The Apaches host Bluffton (Bluffton, IN) to meet the Tigers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, December 10. The Tigers enter the battle with a record of 9-1. Bluffton won 66-25 in their recent league battle against Southern Wells (Poneto, IN)

The Tigers now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lewis Cass for a Three Rivers battle on Thursday, December 12.
