Maine High School Ice Hockey - Kent School knocks off Hebron Academy
December 7, 2024: Hebron, ME 04238 The Kent School Lions (Kent, CT) ice hockey trounced the host Hebron Academy Lumberjacks (Hebron, ME), 9-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Lions now own a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kimball Union Academy for a non-league outing on Sunday, December 8. Kent School will encounter a Wildcats team coming off a 3-1 league win over Vermont Academy (Saxtons River, VT). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-0.
With the defeat, Hebron Academy moves to 1-4 on the season. The Lumberjacks travel to Rivers (Weston, MA) to play the Red Wings in a non-league bout on Sunday, December 8. The Red Wings go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Rivers won 6-3 in their recent league bout against St. Sebastian's School (Needham, MA)
