California High School Basketball - Hesperia thwarts Millikan
December 7, 2024: Long Beach, CA 90815 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hesperia Scorpions (Hesperia, CA) and the host Millikan Rams (Long Beach, CA), observed Hesperia's basketball team knock off Millikan by a score of 62-52.
The Scorpions (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Roosevelt (Eastvale, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league challenge with a 10-0 record. In their last challenge, Roosevelt prevailed over Rancho Verde (Moreno Valley, CA), 94-46, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Rams encounter the Compton Tarbabes (Compton, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. Millikan will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
