The Churchill County Greenwave basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Sparks Railroaders to 43 in the Greenwave league triumph on Wednesday.

The Greenwave now sport a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wooster for a non-league contest on Friday, December 10. Churchill County will battle a Colts team coming off a 56-48 non-league win over Dayton (Dayton, NV). The Colts record now stands at 1-1.

The Railroaders (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lowry (Winnemucca, NV). The Buckaroos enter the 3A North - East contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Lowry ran past Truckee (Truckee, CA), 47-44, in a league contest.
