Wisconsin High School Basketball - Pecatonica nips Albany
December 8, 2022: Albany, WI 53502 Pecatonica Vikings (Blanchardville, WI) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Albany Comets (Albany, WI), 44-38 in a league bout.
With the win, Pecatonica upgrades its record to 1-3 on the season. The Vikings host Black Hawk (South Wayne, WI) to play the Warriors in a Six Rivers - East bout on Friday, December 16. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 1-2.
Next up, the Comets play the Highland Cardinals (Highland, WI) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 10. Albany will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Cardinals go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 60-49 non-league loss to Richland Center (Richland Center, WI).
