Michigan High School Basketball - West Michigan Lutheran topped by Bangor
December 8, 2022: Wyoming, MI 49509 The Bangor Vikings basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the host West Michigan Lutheran Mustangs to 28 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Beatty for a Southwest 10 contest on Tuesday, December 13. Bangor will battle a Rangers team coming off a 58-52 non-league win over Three Rivers (Three Rivers, MI). The Rangers record now stands at 1-0.
The Mustangs (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against West Michigan HomeSchool (Shelbyville, MI). The Heat come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, West Michigan HomeSchool was defeated by Marion Hawks (Marion, OH), 62-58, in a non-league contest.
