California High School Basketball - Barstow edges Silver Valley

The Barstow Aztecs (Barstow, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Silver Valley Trojans (Yermo, CA), 52-47 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Aztecs (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA). The Burros go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Burroughs got by Victor Valley (Victorville, CA), 74-62, in a non-league test.

The Trojans now own a 5-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lucerne Valley for a Agape test on Tuesday, December 13. Silver Valley will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 43-27 non-league win over Trona (Trona, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-6.
