Michigan High School Basketball - Dowagiac overwhelms Comstock
December 8, 2022: Kalamazoo, MI 49048 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Dowagiac Chieftains (Dowagiac, MI) and the host Comstock Colts (Kalamazoo, MI), saw Dowagiac's basketball squad wallop Comstock by a tally of 63-42.
With the victory, Dowagiac improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Chieftains host Decatur (Decatur, MI) to confront the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 9. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Decatur won 45-35 in their recent non-league challenge against New Buffalo (New Buffalo, MI)
Next up, the Colts confront the White Pigeon Chiefs (White Pigeon, MI) in a Southwest 10 challenge, on Tuesday, December 13. Comstock will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 48-36 non-league loss to Quincy (Quincy, MI).
