The East Ridge Knights basketball team (Clermont, FL), was overwhelmed 68-40 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Foundation Academy Lions (Winter Garden, FL)

The Lions now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Moore for a non-league battle on Friday, December 9. Foundation Academy will confront a Hornets team coming off a 58-52 league win over Lake Highland Prep (Orlando, FL). The Hornets record now stands at 4-1.

The Knights (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against South Lake (Groveland, FL). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, South Lake trounced Mount Dora (Mount Dora, FL), 62-43, in a non-league battle.
