Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Murrieta Valley Nighthawks (Murrieta, CA), 64-57 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Poly upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Bears host Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-1. Etiwanda won 72-52 in their recent non-league bout against King (Riverside, CA)

Next up, the Nighthawks play the King Wolves (Riverside, CA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Murrieta Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 4-3 record after their 72-52 non-league loss to Etiwanda (Etiwanda, CA).
