Texas High School Basketball - Shallowater tops Riverside
December 8, 2022: Shallowater, TX 79363 Shallowater Mustangs (Shallowater, TX) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Riverside Rangers (El Paso, TX), 59-45 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Shallowater upgrades its record to 5-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lubbock (Lubbock, TX) to play the Westerners in a non-league bout on Friday, December 9. The Westerners come into the bout with a record of 2-10. Lubbock lost 54-39 in their recent non-league bout against Monahans (Monahans, TX)
Next up, the Rangers play the Seminole Indians (Seminole, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 9. Riverside will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Indians come into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 64-31 non-league win over Midland Classical Academy (Midland, TX).
