The Sherwood Warriors (Sandy Spring, MD) basketball nipped the visiting Urbana Hawks (Ijamsville, MD), 66-62 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Warriors (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Churchill (Potomac, MD). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Churchill got by Gaithersburg (Gaithersburg, MD), 64-49, in a non-league test.
