December 8, 2022: Tower City, ND 58071 Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Maple Valley Raiders (Tower City, ND) and the visiting Wyndmere/Lidgerwood Warbirds (Wyndmere, ND), saw Maple Valley's basketball squad knock off Wyndmere/Lidgerwood by a count of 50-37.
With the victory, Maple Valley upgrades its record to 3-1 on the campaign. The Raiders host Sargent County (Milnor, ND) to play the Bulldogs in a B Region 1 challenge on Tuesday, December 13. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Sargent County won 51-31 in their recent non-league challenge against Lisbon (Lisbon, ND)
Next up, the Warbirds play the Wilmot Wolves (Wilmot, SD) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 16. Wyndmere/Lidgerwood will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
