In Friday's non-league match, the host Desert Mountain Wolves basketball team scored a good 75-67 triumph over the American Leadership Academy - Gilbert North Eagles.

In their next game, the Wolves face the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs (Peoria, AZ) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, December 12. Desert Mountain will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 5-4 record after their 63-46 non-league win over Mountain Ridge (Glendale, AZ).
