Georgiana Panthers (Georgiana, AL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Andalusia Bulldogs (Andalusia, AL), 97-91 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Georgiana upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Panthers host New Brockton (New Brockton, AL) to play the Gamecocks in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Gamecocks go into the bout with a record of 4-6. New Brockton won 45-34 in their recent non-league bout against Pike Liberal Arts (Troy, AL)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Straughn Tigers (Andalusia, AL) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 12. Andalusia will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record.
