Oregon High School Basketball - Astoria trounces Corbett
December 8, 2023: Astoria, OR 97103 The Astoria Fishermen (Astoria, OR) basketball crushed the visiting Corbett Cardinals (Corbett, OR), 72-32 in Friday's non-league test.
The Fishermen (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Cascade (Turner, OR). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Cascade walloped Bend (Bend, OR), 71-31, in a non-league test.
The Cardinals now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to King's Way Christian for a non-league test on Monday, December 11. Corbett will encounter a Knights squad coming off a 51-46 non-league win over Mountain View (Vancouver, WA). The Knights record now stands at 1-2.
