Fans at Friday's league challenge between the The Master's Academy Lions (Forest City, NC) and the visiting Community Christian Academy Warriors (Bessemer City, NC), saw The Master's Academy's basketball squad knock off Community Christian Academy by a tally of 67-56.

With the victory, The Master's Academy improves its record to 3-3 on the campaign. The Lions host Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 12. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 0-2.

Next up, the Warriors play the Long Shoals Wesleyan Academy Crusaders (Lincolnton, NC) in a Western Piedmont challenge, on Monday, December 11. Community Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 58-49 league loss to Challenger (Hickory, NC).
