The Venture Academy Mustangs ran past the host East Union Lancers basketball team by a final score of 58-49 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Mustangs face the Golden Valley Cougars (Merced, CA) in a non-league game, on Saturday, December 9. Venture Academy will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 6-2 record after their 62-56 non-league win over Turlock (Turlock, CA).
