Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Father Judge nips Friends Select
December 8, 2023: Philadelphia, PA 19136 Father Judge Crusaders (Philadelphia, PA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Friends Select (Philadelphia, PA), 64-58 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Father Judge upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Crusaders host Central York (York, PA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 16. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-0.
Next up, the play the Roman Catholic Cahillite (Philadelphia, PA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Friends Select will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Cahillite go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 73-48 non-league win over Abraham Lincoln (Philadelphia, PA).
