Montana High School Basketball - Froid/Medicine Lake overwhelmed by Scobey/Opheim
December 8, 2023: Scobey, MT 59623 The Scobey/Opheim Spartans basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Froid/Medicine Lake Redhawks to 38 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.
The Spartans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Powder River County for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Scobey/Opheim will battle a Hawks team coming off a 78-48 non-league loss to Lustre Christian (Frazer, MT). The Hawks record now stands at 2-1.
The Redhawks (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Lustre Christian (Frazer, MT). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Lustre Christian triumphed over Powder River County (Broadus, MT), 78-48, in a non-league contest.
