Oregon High School Basketball - Riverside tops Grant Union
December 8, 2023: Boardman, OR 97818 Riverside Pirates (Boardman, OR) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Grant Union Prospectors (John Day, OR), 67-57 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Riverside upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Umatilla (Umatilla, OR) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Umatilla won 60-34 in their recent non-league bout against Ontario (Ontario, OR)
Next up, the Prospectors play the Ontario Tigers (Ontario, OR) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Grant Union will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 60-34 non-league loss to Umatilla (Umatilla, OR).
