California High School Basketball - Head-Royce nips San Marin
December 8, 2023: Novato, CA 94945 Head-Royce Jayhawks (Oakland, CA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host San Marin Mustangs (Novato, CA), 63-58 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Head-Royce upgrades its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Jayhawks travel to Miramonte (Orinda, CA) to play the Matadors in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Matadors come into the bout with a record of 4-0. Miramonte won 63-47 in their recent non-league bout against Kennedy (Fremont, CA)
Next up, the Mustangs play the Kennedy Titans (Fremont, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. San Marin will attempt to upgrade on its 4-3 season record. The Titans come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 63-47 non-league loss to Miramonte (Orinda, CA).
