Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Malvern Prep thwarts Unionville
December 8, 2023: Kennett Square, PA 19348 The Malvern Prep Friars (Malvern, PA) basketball knocked off the host Unionville Longhorns (Kennett Square, PA), 57-38 in Friday's non-league test.
The Friars (3-0) will now prepare for their test against Parkland (Allentown, PA). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Parkland notched a victory over Freedom (Bethlehem, PA), 53-46, in a league test.
The Longhorns now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Pottstown for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12. Unionville will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 68-45 non-league loss to Murrell Dobbins Vo-Tech (Philadelphia, PA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-1.
