The Troy Trojans (Troy, PA) basketball felled the visiting Muncy Indians (Muncy, PA), 55-37 in Friday's non-league test.

The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Sayre (Sayre, PA). The Redskins go into the Northern Tier test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Sayre was beaten by Wellsboro (Wellsboro, PA), 55-42, in a league test.

The Indians now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sullivan County for a non-league test on Saturday, December 9. Muncy will encounter a Griffins squad coming off a 65-52 non-league loss to MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA). The Griffins record now stands at 1-1.
