Louisiana High School Basketball - Ville Platte tops Northside
December 8, 2023: Ville Platte, LA 70586 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ville Platte Bulldogs (Ville Platte, LA) and the visiting Northside Vikings (Lafayette, LA), saw Ville Platte's basketball squad knock off Northside by a tally of 63-54.
With the victory, Ville Platte improves its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to JS Clark Leadership Academy (Opelousas, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 9. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. JS Clark Leadership Academy won 56-46 in their recent non-league challenge against Delhi (Delhi, LA)
Next up, the Vikings play the Breaux Bridge Tigers (Breaux Bridge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 9. Northside will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
