Illinois High School Basketball - Oregon winner over Polo
December 8, 2023: Oregon, IL 61061 The Oregon Hawks (Oregon, IL) basketball felled the visiting Polo Marcos (Polo, IL), 57-47 in Friday's non-league test.
The Hawks (5-3) will now prepare for their test against Rock Falls (Rock Falls, IL). The Rockets go into the Big Northern test with a 6-3 record. In their last test, Rock Falls was beaten by Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL), 62-42, in a non-league test.
The Marcos now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Stockton for a non-league test on Tuesday, December 12.
