Kentucky High School Basketball - Boyle County overwhelmed by Franklin County
December 8, 2023: Frankfort, KY 40601 The Franklin County Flyers basketball team scored 66 points and restricted the visiting Boyle County Rebels to 30 in the Flyers non-league victory on Friday.
The Flyers now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Laurel for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Franklin County will battle a Cardinals team coming off a 75-72 non-league win over Southwestern (Somerset, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 3-2.
The Rebels (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY). The Rockets come into the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
