The Clear Brook Wolverines basketball team (Friendswood, TX), was nudged 62-59 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Memorial Mustangs (Houston, TX)

The Mustangs now sport a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northbrook for a 6A Region III District 17 battle on Tuesday, December 12.

The Wolverines (6-8) will now prepare for their battle against Clear Lake (Houston, TX). The Falcons come into the 6A Region III District 24 battle with a 6-12 record.
