The Haughton Buccaneers basketball team scored 68 points and held the visiting Saline Bobcats to 29 in the Buccaneers non-league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 12-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Plain Dealing for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Haughton will meet a Lions team coming off a 50-22 non-league win over Lakeside (Sibley, LA). The Lions record now stands at 7-5.

The Bobcats (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Ouachita Christian (Monroe, LA). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 5-2 record.
