Iowa High School Basketball - Nevada knocked off by West Marshall

The West Marshall Trojans basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Nevada Cubs to 41 in the Trojans league triumph on Friday.

The Trojans now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Hamilton for a Heart of Iowa contest on Tuesday, December 12. West Marshall will battle a Hawks team coming off a 65-32 league win over Perry (Perry, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 6-1.

The Cubs (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Greene County (Jefferson, IA). The Rams enter the Heart of Iowa contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Greene County was defeated by Roland-Story (Story City, IA), 74-23, in a league contest.
