Missouri High School Basketball - New Haven can't hold off St. James
December 8, 2023: St. James, MO 65559 The St. James Tigers basketball team scored 30 points and restricted the visiting New Haven Shamrocks to 25 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 6-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miller Career Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. St. James will clash with a squad coming off a 48-16 non-league loss to Lanphier (Springfield, IL). The record now stands at 1-4.
Next up, the Shamrocks clash with the Pacific Indians (Pacific, MO) in a Four Rivers bout, on Monday, December 11. New Haven will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Indians go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 60-47 non-league loss to North County (Bonne Terre, MO).
