Louisiana High School Basketball - Westlake fells Northwood
December 8, 2023: Westlake, LA 70669 Westlake Rams (Westlake, LA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Northwood Gators (Lena, LA), 46-35 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Westlake upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Rams host Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 9. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Holy Savior Menard lost 63-58 in their recent non-league bout against Simpson (Simpson, LA)
Next up, the Gators play the Washington Lions (Shreveport, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 9. Northwood will attempt to upgrade on its 2-7 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 68-38 non-league loss to Northwood (Shreveport, LA).
