December 8, 2023: Livonia, MI 48152 The Stevenson Spartans held off the visiting Pioneer Pioneers basketball team by a score of 32-29 in Friday's non-league contest.
The Spartans now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Southfield Arts & Tech for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Stevenson will battle a Warriors team coming off a 78-35 non-league win over Michigan Collegiate (Warren, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 1-0.
The Pioneers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Skyline (Ann Arbor, MI). The Eagles come into the Southeastern - Red contest with a 0-1 record.
