California High School Basketball - Salinas tops Christopher
December 8, 2023: Salinas, CA 93901 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Salinas Cowboys (Salinas, CA) and the visiting Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA), saw Salinas's basketball squad knock off Christopher by a margin of 58-50.
The Cowboys (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Stevenson (Pebble Beach, CA). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Stevenson went down by Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA), 78-40, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Palo Alto for a non-league test on Friday, December 22.
