California High School Basketball - Cordova knocked off by Whitney
December 8, 2023: Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 The Whitney Wildcats basketball team scored 67 points and held the host Cordova Lancers to 50 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Friday.
The Wildcats now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Whitney will meet a Trojans team coming off a 90-19 non-league win over Futures (Sacramento, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 4-2.
The Lancers (2-6) will now prepare for their contest against Futures (Sacramento, CA). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-4 record. In their last contest, Futures was outscored by Lincoln (Stockton, CA), 90-19, in a non-league contest.
