California High School Basketball - Middletown can't hold off Tokay
December 8, 2023: Middletown, CA 95461 The Tokay Tigers basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Middletown Mustangs to 57 in the Tigers non-league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Camino for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 9. Tokay will battle a Eagles team coming off a 71-28 non-league loss to River City (West Sacramento, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-4.
The Mustangs (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Bragg (Fort Bragg, CA). The Timberwolves come into the contest with a 6-2 record. In their last contest, Fort Bragg was nudged by Weed (Weed, CA), 53-42, in a non-league contest.
