Pioneer Titans (Whittier, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Sierra Vista Dons (Baldwin Park, CA), 52-39 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Pioneer upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Titans host Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA) to play the Vaqueros in a non-league bout on Monday, December 11. The Vaqueros go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Dons play the Covina Colts (Covina, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, December 11. Sierra Vista will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
