Luther Cougars (Maspeth, NY) boosters left the game satisfied Sunday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting Richmond Hill Lions (Richmond Hill, NY), 82-66 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Luther upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Cougars travel to Knox (St. James, NY) to face the Falcons in a PSAL Area NYSAIS PSAA - Eastern match on Tuesday, December 10. The Falcons enter the match with a record of 1-2. Knox lost 62-52 in their recent non-league match against Holy Trinity (Hicksville, NY)
