In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting McDonogh Eagles basketball team scored a good 66-57 triumph over the St. Mary's Saints.

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD). The Dragons go into the non-league contest with a 2-0 record. In their last contest, Glenelg Country topped Calvert Hall (Baltimore, MD), 67-53, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Saints face the Mount St. Joseph Gaels (Baltimore, MD) in a MIAA A - Black match, on Wednesday, December 10. St. Mary's will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record.
