The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Ridgemont Golden Gophers (Mount Victory, OH) and the visiting Mohawk Warriors (Sycamore, OH), witnessed Ridgemont's basketball squad hold off Mohawk by a count of 48-44.

With the victory, Ridgemont advances its record to 3-3 on the year. The Golden Gophers travel to Perry (Lima, OH) to meet the Commodores in a Northwest Central battle on Thursday, December 11. The Commodores enter the battle with a record of 0-3. Perry lost 76-9 in their recent non-league battle against Ada (Ada, OH)
