The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) and the visiting South Gate Rams (South Gate, CA), observed Verdugo Hills's basketball team knock off South Gate by a score of 55-40.

The Dons (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against North Hollywood (North Hollywood, CA). The Huskies enter the battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, North Hollywood knocked off Hoover (Glendale, CA), 91-18, in a non-league battle.
