In Thursday's league match, the visiting Gretna Dragons basketball team scored a tight 47-45 triumph over the Bryan Bears.

In their next game, the Dragons meet the Lincoln East Spartans (Lincoln, NE) in a A District TBD match, on Saturday, December 11. Gretna will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Spartans enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 59-48 league win over Kearney (Kearney, NE).
