Frankston Indians (Frankston, TX) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Elkhart Elks (Elkhart, TX), 62-21 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Frankston upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Indians host Grapeland (Grapeland, TX) to play the Sandies in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 9. The Sandies go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Grapeland lost 71-63 in their recent non-league bout against Brock (Brock, TX)

Next up, the Elks play the Grapeland Sandies (Grapeland, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 10. Elkhart will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Sandies go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 55-46 non-league win over Frankston (Frankston, TX).
