Show Low Cougars (Show Low, AZ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Valley Pirates (Sanders, AZ), 75-29 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Show Low upgrades its record to 7-0 on the season. The Cougars travel to Fort Thomas (Fort Thomas, AZ) to play the Apaches in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 9. The Apaches go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Fort Thomas lost 55-45 in their recent non-league bout against San Carlos (San Carlos, AZ)

Next up, the Pirates play the Cibecue/Dischii Biko Wildcats (Cibecue, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 9. Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 66-35 non-league loss to Miami (Miami, AZ).
