December 9, 2021: Cary, NC 27513 In Thursday's non-league outing, the Cary Academy Chargers (Cary, NC) basketball squad felled the visiting Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC), by a margin of 32-19.
The Chargers (3-3) will now prepare for their outing against Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC). The Cougars go into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Carmel Christian was beaten by Rabun Gap-Nacoochee (Rabun Gap, GA), 70-25, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Salem Baptist Christian for a NCISAA Tri-TAC outing on Friday, December 10. Trinity Academy will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 34-33 non-league loss to Westchester Country Day (High Point, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 1-5.
