Louisiana High School Basketball - Warren Easton nudges Destrehan
December 9, 2021: Destrehan, LA 70047 Warren Easton Eagles (New Orleans, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Destrehan Wildcats (Destrehan, LA), 46-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Warren Easton upgrades its record to 7-4 on the season. The Eagles travel to A.J. Ellender (Houma, LA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, December 10. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 12-1. A.J. Ellender won 76-42 in their recent non-league bout against Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA)
Next up, the Wildcats clash with the West Jefferson Buccaneers (Harvey, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 11. Destrehan will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a 10-3 record after their 48-37 non-league win over Hahnville (Boutte, LA).
